Medical Benefits

We know that people like options to meet their specific needs, therefore I I Stanley provides three ASR medical plans to choose from, one of which has no monthly premiums.

Dental Benefits

We offer dental insurance through Delta Dental PPO.

Vision

If you need to supplement your annual eye exam coverage on your medical plan, you can elect the vision benefit to cover your eye care needs.

401k

I I Stanley offers a myriad of investment options, including Target Date Funds through American Funds. We provide matching contributions at 100% for your first 3% and we match 50% of your next two percent totaling a maximum of a 4% match. Our goal is to assist our Associates so they have the resources necessary once they are ready to retire.

Paid Time Off/Stanley Days

We offer competitive time off so you can maintain work-life balance.

Holidays

We observe 9 paid holidays a year. In addition, we may offer additional holidays that may fluctuate from one year to the next based on factors that include customer requirements and production schedules.

Training

If you need additional training to improve your skills, you can work with your manager to get the training you need to hone those skills. We also offer tuition reimbursement after 1 year of service.

Relocation

If you do not have the good fortune of living within fifty miles of Battle Creek, you may be in luck and could be eligible for relocation assistance. Be sure to talk to our recruiter about that benefit.
