Machine Maintenance Technician
Description:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
Department:
Manufacturing Support
Responsibilities:
- Able to read, understand, and modify PLC programs (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Fabrication experience (including welding, MIG, TIG, ARC on various metals and machining).
- Familiar with: Star, Yushin, Wittmann, Moto Man, Fanuc and Kawasaki robots.
- Pneumatics experience.
- Preventative maintenance and all styles of sensors.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems with ability to read hydraulic schematic.
- Injection molding experience- JSW, UBE, Meiki, Krauss Maffei.
- Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Pneumatic.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems with machinery; including coating lines, vacuum metalizers and all support machinery associated with the above machines.
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Three years in a technical or mechanical position
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Technical/Skilled trades school
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
